ACSA Held master-classes at the World Expo in Moscow

The World Gastronomic Exhibition was held in Moscow. On September 24-27, within the framework of exhibition the “World Food Moscow 2019”, our country once again represented the national stand Made in Azerbaijan as a partner-country of the exhibition.

Visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with more than 40 Azerbaijani companies, with local agriculture and food items exhibited at the national stand with an area of more than 400 square meters. Catalogues and banners represented to the visitors of the exhibition were placed around the country within 4 days.

Master-classes on Azerbaijani culinary were also held by chef Orhan Mukhtarov, who is the Chairman of the Azerbaijan Culinary Specialists Association. During the master classes, the main attention was devoted to the variety of Azerbaijani cuisine, used products and tools, included in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List.
